Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team via our online portal or email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the headphones and all original accessories, including cables and ear pads, back into the original Sonic Lamb retail packaging to ensure safe transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.
Inspection and Refund
